Equipment assets are a big investment and you need to get the most out of them. In this introductory course the basics of setting up a system are addressed. Topics covered include Key Performance Indicators, asset listings, whole life planning, spares, determination of condition, deciding on a strategy, managing records, work generation, work recording and setting up improvement feedback loops.

The course is aimed at Maintenance Managers, co-ordinators and planners and will give an appreciation of what needs to be considered and some techniques that can be applied.
