A very interactive course addresses work and resource optimisation through stabilisation, standardisation, targeted improvement and feedback.  It also addresses the use and integration of Condition Based Monitoring, CMMS usage, identification of improvement opportunities, problem solving, fine tuning of planned maintenance routines, etc.
