This course is designed to address that need and teaches the candidate the pitfalls of problem solving and how they can be overcome using techniques that include the 5 Whys and Cause and effect diagrams.  With many interactive exercises the aim of the course is to empower the candidate with the ability to facilitate problem solving within the workplace.
