Colin Sanders

A time served mechanical engineering apprentice; Colin gained 20 plus years experience as a maintenance and operations manager with the RAF.  He entered commercial consulting with ATL Consulting in Aberdeen, gaining valuable Oil and Gas and Utilities experience before establishing CSA in 2000.  Since then he has undertaken asset and business management projects, maintenance and operations consultancy, training and mentoring to a range of sectors.  Clients include Blue Chip International organisations as well as a range of SME's.

Bill Lowry

Having served an engineering apprenticeship with the RAF, Bill progressed to leading multi-discipline technical teams.  He worked with external suppliers and contractors improving technical and logistical service levels and played a key role in supporting continuous improvement and change management programmes with alliance partners.  Bill has been consulting commercially for 5 years and in that time broadened his skills to include RCM, RCA and FMEA analyses, Health & Safety and Management system training and Asset management strategy development and implementation.

Dave Ash (Associate)

Another ex serviceman, Dave also comes from a technical background where he held widespread responsibility for QA and HSE.  He started with CSA some 6 years ago, utilising his IOSH membership and registration to deliver the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland's (REHIS) Elementary course on CSA's behalf (CSA are a registered REHIS Training Centre).  Latterly he has helped write and present the REHIS Approved 'Administering Health and Safety Systems' course.  He is currently developing a course for Safety Representatives which is scheduled to be delivered late February 2008.  Dave is a key member of the CSA team in its services regarding HSE auditing, mentoring  and advice to a range of clients.
